Paul Clement on Cameras in the Court (C-SPAN)

Former Solicitor General Paul Clement on cameras in the Supreme Court: “Televising Supreme Court oral arguments makes a lot of sense… I honestly don’t see a particularly compelling argument why they public shouldn’t see… If they did, they’d have a particularly high opinion of Supreme Court.” Clement was testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
